YORUBA CULTURE & HERITAGE CENTER

Project: This is the construction ofthe iconic J.K. Randle Center for Yoruba History and Culture project for the Lagos State Government. 

Our Mandate: Sahlworks was awarded the contract of supplying concrete blocks by the main contractor, Construction Kaiser, to bring to life this iconic project that showcases the rich cultural heritage of the Yoruba race in museum-like facilities with some recreational ambience. 

Execution Synopsis: Construction took place between 2017 - 2020. It is now completed and located opposite the City Mall on Lagos Island

TERRAWORKS LIMITED

Names:1, Williams Court 2, Alpha Mall 3, Apartment Complex 

Project: Our client of many years, Terraworks, utilizes us for a variety of their construction projects such as the mall and new apartment complex pictured here. 

Our Mandate: Sahlworks has been mandated since 2018 to supply concrete building blocks of various sizes to their project sites located in Ogudu GRA andOjota, Lagos. 

Execution Synopsis: Sahlworks consistently delivers to the client's satisfaction by supplying the highest quality of products for all the client's needs.

EAT'N'GO LIMITED

Domino’s Pizza Outlets: Ikorodu, Ilupeju, Abule Egba, Badore Ajah, Jakande Ologolo and Idimu. 

Project: Supply of concrete blocks, paving stones and kerbs for the construction of multiple brand new Domino's Pizza branches located all over Lagos State. 

Our Mandate: Sahlworks has been mandated multiple times since in 2017/18 to supply kerbs, paving stones and concrete blocks of various sizes to the project sites. 

Execution Synopsis: Sahlworks provided tailored services for this project which required concrete blocks of various mix ratios in orderto meet unique specifications of various sections ofthe building.

LSDPC HOUSING

Project:  Lagos State Development and Property Corporation (“LSDPC”), in partnership with Lagos HOMS, is developing a number of housing estates in all major LGAs within Lagos state to reduce housing deficit within the state. 

Our Mandate: Sahlworks was mandated in 2014/15 to supply concrete building blocks of various sizes for constructing several units of houses within the LSPDC estate located in Igbogbo-Ikorodu, Lagos. 

Execution Synopsis: We were commissioned for this project due to our demonstrated prowess in manufacturing topnotch concrete blocks and efficientlogistics/delivery process. The client laid emphasis on the quality of its concrete block works to curb the menace of building collapse in Lagos, and Sahlworks delivered to the client’s satisfaction

UNIVERSITY HALL

Project: Construction of a new University Hall at Mountain Top University named the Elizabeth Hall. 

Our Mandate: Sahlworks was mandated in 2017 to supply concrete building blocks of various sizes to the project site located on the school campus in Ogun state. 

Execution Synopsis: Sahlworks delivered to the client's satisfaction by supplying everything needed including granite and concrete blocks ofthe highest quality.

MULTI FAMILY HOUSES

Project: Sahlworks partnered with a real estate development company, who are currently developing a number of highbrow multi family houses within Lagos state. 

Our Mandate: Sahlworks is currently mandated to supply cement, sand, granite and concrete building blocks of various sizes to their project sites located within Lagos State. 

Execution Synopsis: Sahlworks consistently delivers the highest quality to the client's satisfaction, which is why we have become partners on numerous projects.

PERIWIKLE LIFESTYLE ESTATES

Project: This estate project is located at the end of Freedom way in Ikate, Lekki area of the state. 

Our Mandate: Sahlworks was mandated to setup on site concrete construction in order to manufacture concrete blocks and also supply stone aggregates. The project was started in 2020 and is still ongoing. 

Execution Synopsis: We won the mandate only after our products were subjected to rigorous tests, from which they emerged as the preferred option in terms of strength and pricing. Since the contract award, we have mobilized to site and consistently achieve timely delivery of products throughout our engagement.

PENINSULATE TLE

Project: This is a mass housing estate being executed by our client, Construction Kaiser Limited. 

Our Mandate: Sahlworks was mandated in 2020 to supply concrete building blocks of various sizes to the project site. The site is located around Chevron, along Lekki expressway in Lagos State. 

Execution Synopsis: Sahlworks delivered to the client's satisfaction by supplying concrete blocks of the highest quality.

MOUNTAIN TOP UNIVERSITY

Project: Construction of a School of Music, with a structure designed as a musical Organ. Upon completion, the Mountain Top University School of Music will be the first of its kind in Africa and second of its kind worldwide, following the one in Thailand. 

Our Mandate: Sahlworks was mandated in 2015 to supply concrete building blocks of various sizes to the project site located on the school campus in Magboro, Ogun state. 

Execution Synopsis: Sahlworks provided tailored services for this project which required concrete blocks of various mix ratios in order to meet unique specifications of various sections of the building’s complex design.
